What’s on the November ballot?

Glenda Wolin, VP Voter Services | Published on 7/22/2025

All Bexar County ballots in the November 4 election will include  17 Texas constitutional
amendments and two Bexar County  propositions related to funding  a possible new arena and
upgrading  the Frost Bank Center and Freeman Coliseum.

Ballot measures can be obscure, but the League’s Voters Guide and online VOTE411 will have
nonpartisan explanations in plain language as well as pros and cons for each measure. Voters
Guides will be available at public libraries starting the first week of October, and VOTE411 will
be available on October 6.

Ballot wording of constitutional amendments can be found here, and the Bexar County propositions ballot wording can be found here.

The Voters Guide will also include a list of Bexar County municipalities, school districts and
other governmental entities that will have elections on the ballot. They include the cities of
Converse, Windcrest and Schertz; ISDs Boerne, East Central, Judson North East, Shertz-Cibolo-
Universal City; and governmental entities Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 9 and
the San Antonio River Authority. For more details, go to bexar.org/3955/Election-Notices .
